Angel of air - a prayer

When you go walking in nature, whether it is in the countryside, in the forest, in the mountains or at the sea-side, be aware of the space surrounding you and from time to time, stop and breathe in deeply in order to contact the Angel of air. The Angel of air is a living and intelligent entity, and you can therefore ask, ‘O beloved Angel of air, you who are a servant of God who is great and almighty, blow through me and clear out the impurities from my lungs, heart and brain, and bring me harmony so that I can become a servant like you.’ And because the Angel of air is present everywhere and directs all the currents circulating throughout the universe and slips into every crack, he hears you. He then gives the spirits accompanying him the order to bring you some breaths of this very subtle fluid we call ether, and you feel as if your entire being is expanding and rising into space.
