Suffering - obliges us to turn inward
Maintain your faith in the good. In doing so you will learn to bear your ordeals, to work with them and to receive blessings from them. You will come to resemble a deep valley in the mountains, irrigated by all the waters which plunge from the summits, transforming it into fertile earth where the best fruit trees grow. Suffering requires the human being to descend into himself. As there is no other way out, he is obliged to call on the power of the soul and spirit. When he succeeds in doing so, instead of groaning and crying out in rebellion, he exhales a delicate perfume.
