Tomorrow - is shaped by the way we live today

Your whole future is contained in the life you lead today: in the direction you give your thoughts and feelings, and in the activities for which your energies are used. If you are attentive and vigilant, you will clear the way; conversely, if you are careless, you will encumber it with all kinds of useless and even harmful things that will hamper your proper development. All of yesterday prepared your day today, and everything today prepares tomorrow. So then, here is the secret: as often as you can during the day, stop a moment to reflect and say to yourself, ‘Let’s see how I’m using my energies, and in what direction do I direct them’ and finally show that you have acquired some discernment, wisdom and learned to be thrifty. In this way, you will be able to tackle tomorrow in better conditions.
