Thought - put it to work to discover the image of God within

When God created man in his image, he provided him with every possible means to attain perfection. These means are found above of all in man’s spirit. This why you must make a habit each day of putting your mind to work. You must concentrate, meditate, pray and unite with the divine world, in order to provide better and better conditions for the manifestation of your spirit. But how many people really attempt to explore and profit from the world of thought? So few! Most spend their time looking elsewhere, outside themselves. But outside ourselves we find only the means to act on matter. The means by which we can transform ourselves inwardly, by which we can influence our soul and mind and attain this image of God, can only be found within us, in the realm of thought. The disciples of an initiatic school must begin by studying and exploring their inner selves in order to awaken all the possibilities provided for them by the Creator.
