Masculine and feminine principles - they reflect the two divine principles and all of creation is their handiwork

The whole of creation and all the manifestations of life and nature are the handiwork of the two principles: masculine and feminine. These two principles are a reflection, a reproduction of the heavenly Father and the divine Mother, the two great divine principles that created all things. Really, even the heavenly Father and the divine Mother are not God Himself. They must be understood as two poles stemming from a single principle known as the Absolute, the Unmanifest, which the Kabbalah calls Aïn Soph Aur, meaning ‘light without end’. It is said that human beings were created in the image of God, that is, in the image of these two principles. Each person possesses within themself both a masculine and a feminine part. According to whether a person is a man or a woman, one aspect is visible and the other is hidden, but even though it cannot be seen it is still present within. Every woman is outwardly a woman but, inwardly, she possesses the masculine principle. And every man is outwardly a man but, inwardly, he possesses the feminine principle. If you know this law of polarity and how to use these two principles—masculine and feminine, emissive and receptive, positive and negative—you will be able to solve all of life’s problems.
