Light - there is no power equal to it

The only really effective method to be balanced and at peace is to enter into contact with the light. Of course, you will say you are not convinced because you have often tried it, without success, whereas with certain pills and potions the results are immediate. Well, you should know that your conclusions are mistaken. You have not yet learned to work properly with light. You are content to spare it a thought from time to time, so of course this has no effect. Learn to vibrate in unison with it, to draw it in to you, to let it penetrate every cell in your body so as to make it ever more alive within you, and you will find that there is no power to equal that of light.
