Cells of our body - most are beyond our control

You can all be enthusiastic when you discover a spiritual truth, and you mean it when you say that from then on you want to live in harmony with it. But very quickly the enthusiasm subsides. Why? Because not all the inhabitants in the billions of cells that make up your body are convinced. The light you have just received or the good decision you have just made has only affected some of them. The others have turned a deaf ear and refuse to have their habits disturbed. They resist, and as they are the majority they win. How can we involve the whole population inside us? There lies the difficulty, but it is also our task: we have to go deep enough within to establish relationships with the cells in all our organs, so that they become more receptive and willing to support us on our way towards the light.
