Psychic life - you are the one most affected by the currents of your psychic life

Someone has irritated you. You burst out, ‘I’m furious! I won’t put up with it!’ And ranting and raving, you tell everyone around what has happened. They try to calm you down, telling you that it isn’t so very serious, and that you would do better to drop the matter and think about something else. But no, you remain agitated, railing against that idiot, that moron, who did such-and-such. Is that intelligent? That idiot, that moron, is sitting peacefully at home, well sheltered from your agitated outburst. So, who suffers from your anger? Those around you: family and friends who do not deserve to have their lives disturbed in this way. But you are the one who suffers most. Yes, because the currents of your psychic life pass through you before reaching other people. Those who decide to live in harmony are the first to benefit, and those who give in to bad feelings and anger are the first to be destroyed. While they may end up destroying others, they do the greatest harm to themselves, because the inner disorder they have created will follow them into their next incarnation.
