Energies - placing them at the service of heavenly beings

Until you have consecrated your whole inner being to a divine ideal, you cannot be certain what use will be made of your energies, of your life. In the invisible world, there are countless dark spirits ready to use them to achieve their evil plans, and then you will lose out twice. First, you will be deprived of something very precious, and, then, the beings of light will no longer give their help and their blessings to people who are unaware and unable to appreciate them; the fact that these people allow evil creatures to take hold of them shows they don’t appreciate the beings of light. Nothing you experience is without consequence – nothing. So, as often as you can, say, ‘O heavenly beings, I am at your disposal. Use my abilities, my energies; let me take part in the work you are carrying out in the world.’
