Work, spiritual - begins afresh each day

Even if you ate well yesterday, that will not sustain you today, and so you have to eat again. Today, you have to do what you did yesterday all over again, because what you did yesterday was for then, and today you have to do what is for today. This law applies in every sphere. Yesterday, you meditated; you were in an amazing state of inspiration, expansion and wonder, and you thought you could sustain it for a long time. But no, today you have to make further efforts if you want once again to feel inspired, expanded and full of wonder. Each day you have to begin the work anew. Why? Because life is in perpetual motion. Today, you have to deal with new particles, new forces and new presences, in order to influence them, direct them and channel them in the same direction as yesterday… And, tomorrow, you will have to get down to the same task all over again.
