Water - a support for spiritual work

Learn to use water for your spiritual work. For example, having thoroughly washed your hands, take a glass of pure water, preferably spring water, hold it in your left hand. Then dip one or two fingers of your right hand in it while concentrating on a quality you would like to acquire, or progress you would like to make, or even simply on wanting to improve your health. Good healers have been able to heal the sick by having them drink water they have magnetized. Don’t, however, imagine that you will straight away regain your health or heal people around you – that would be quite presumptuous. I am only giving you this method as an exercise, so that you learn to see water as a support for your work with the mind. Then drink the water if you wish, or give it to your plants.
