Thoughts and feelings - they necessarily have an impact

It would be fair to say that most people are generally wise and rational in their actions. They follow the rules and obey the laws of society. But within themselves it is a different matter: anything goes! Ask people what they do with their thoughts, feelings and imagination. They create clouds, smoke, fog and even monsters. And then when they begin to feel weak, anxious, confused and ill, they wonder why! If they were willing to pause for a moment to reflect, those who are honest would have to admit that at some point or other, their thoughts and feelings were truly unhealthy, destructive and even criminal. Well, such thoughts and feelings necessarily have an impact.* Do you believe that only gestures, words and deeds have real consequences, and that what goes on within you is without effect? No, you are mistaken. Everything you set in motion internally produces results. Of course, it takes much longer for them to appear, but they will inevitably become apparent.
