Stars - on a clear evening, stop for a moment to contemplate them

On a clear evening, stop for a moment and gaze up at the stars. Imagine that you are leaving the earth and all its conflicts and tragedies behind you and that you are becoming a citizen of the skies. Meditate on the beauty of the constellations and the magnificence of the beings who inhabit them. As you rise up into space, you will begin to feel lighter and freer, but above all, you will find peace, a peace that will gradually suffuse every cell of your being. By meditating on the Wisdom that created the universe and the creatures that inhabit it, you will feel your soul putting out very subtle antennae, which allow it to communicate with the most remote regions. Those are sublime moments that you will then never forget.*
