Spiritual person - any physical activity can be spiritualized

Many people imagine that a spiritual person must devote their entire day to meditation and prayer. No, any activity, however mystical, can become extremely prosaic if it does not contribute to the realization of a sublime idea, a higher ideal. Indeed, when we see the reason why more and more people are engaging in spiritual practices (to obtain money, fame, sexual conquests, and so on), there is cause for sadness and indignation. On the other hand, any physical activity can be spiritualized if we know how to use our thoughts to inject a divine element into it. Spirituality is not a matter of refusing all physical activity, but of doing everything with light and for the sake of light. To be truly spiritual is to know how to use every kind of work to attain harmony with the divine world and forge closer links with the Creator.*
