Science - should be concerned with better understanding the human psyche

If only scientists understood that the phenomena they study in the physical world are analogous to those which occur in human beings. If they realized this, they would become seriously interested in the extraordinary apparatus installed in each of us by the Creator which enables us to work on our thoughts, feelings, desires and all our states of consciousness so that we may advance on the path of good. Not only would they see an infinitely rich field of investigation open before them, but they would become true benefactors of humanity. Instead, think how many scientists have seen their best inventions used for evil and destructive ends! Even Einstein regretted having contributed, through his work, to the construction of the first atomic bomb. It is the domain of thought and feeling, the domain of consciousness, that science must now fathom.
