Reading and writing - in the great book of the universe

We live in a culture that demands that we know how to read and write, and that is fine; reading and writing will always be necessary, but these are two activities that we must know how to do on other planes as well. In initiatic science, to read is to be able to decipher the subtle and hidden aspect of objects and creatures, to interpret the symbols and signs that Cosmic Intelligence has placed everywhere in the great book of the universe. And to write is to leave our mark in this great book, to influence stones, plants, animals and human beings through the magical force of our spirit. So, not only do we need to know how to read and write on paper, but in all regions of the universe.
