Moments - which we must live in full awareness

When you are getting ready to pray, meditate or watch the sun rise, tell yourself, ‘I am with purity, I am with the light, I am with my beloved, the Lord; I am with my beloved, the divine Mother. Nothing else must count, only this moment when I can commune with them.’ Leave your baggage, your heavy load behind; be light and free when you come before the Divinity and the splendours of nature. This way, you will find the solution to many of your inner problems, to situations you have until now considered inextricable. In order to see, to understand, to feel, you have to be there; you have to be present. Take the example of men and women who are experiencing a great love affair: when they are together, they can forget everything else. They look deeply into each other’s eyes, and when they want to describe what they have seen they speak only of light, of the immensity of space.
