Moments (the most important) - of the day are those where we connect with the regions of light

Thoughts and feelings are currents of force. This is why you must always be careful about the quality of each thought and feeling you allow yourself to have; this must even be one of your main preoccupations. Each day, try to dedicate at least a few minutes to an activity that connects your heart and mind to the regions of the soul and spirit. Choose an activity that requires you to attract and hold in your mind the most luminous images, the highest states of consciousness. See this activity as the most important moment of your day; tell yourself that your future and your salvation depend on this moment. To begin with you may not see all the beneficial results. But keep going, and gradually you will sense something great, something very pure, inhabiting you, and whatever happens to you this inner presence will bring you strength, peace and joy.
