Meditate to commune with God through your higher soul - Christ said

Christ said, ‘No one comes to the Father except through me.’ This means that humans can truly be in communion with God only through their higher soul, for Christ is the Son of God who is present within each human being as a hidden spark. When you are in communion with your higher soul, you are communing with the Christ within,* and through him with God. You can go to God only through your higher soul because this is the purest dimension of your being. This is why you must never abandon the practice of meditation, for it is by meditation that you free yourself from the physical plane and rise to the Godhead, the living principle of your higher soul.
