Hardships - you cannot escape them, but they can make you stronger

Disciples of an initiatic teaching have a clear understanding of the laws of destiny. They know that the hardships they will encounter in their lifetime are the result of their wrongdoings in past incarnations, and that they must make amends and learn. To do so, they must accept all the conditions divine Justice has decreed for them, for nothing can oppose such decrees. If they suffer a setback, fall sick or make a bad encounter, they cannot escape these situations because they are not free on the physical plane. But human beings do not only live on the physical plane – freedom is also, and above all, acquired on the spiritual plane. If through prayer and meditation, you connect with the divine world, if you work to increase your light, strength, purity and love, when you are faced with difficult times, you will be able to transform them: you will consider and bear the hardships differently without feeling overwhelmed, and you will instead feel encouraged and enriched by them.
