Evolution - planned by Cosmic Intelligence for human beings

What sort of ideal do people have? To have a family, a career, a car and a house with every convenience. That is enough for them; they are satisfied with this mediocre life. From time to time, of course, they read a few books, listen to records, go to a show, travel… and that’s all. They don't enhance their life with anything more elevated, more powerful; they just stagnate. When will people finally become conscious of the dangers that this life in slow motion holds for them? All the physical and psychological illnesses are lying in wait, biding their time to worm their way into them, to bite into them and eat away at them. How sad, how pitiful! Cosmic Intelligence has not constructed something as fine as human beings for them to allow themselves be put to sleep and chloroformed in this way. It has prepared them for continual progress along the path of evolution, providing them each day with a current of life that does away with all mildew or putrefaction in the physical body and the psyche.
