Divine idea - nothing is more stimulating, more elevating

Truly spiritual people work for an idea, but a divine idea, and it is this idea that sustains and rewards them. As this idea is directly linked to heaven, it represents a world in itself, and it sees to it to fill them with joy, enthusiasm and hope. If you do not work for a divine idea, your other activities may bring you a great deal of money and the esteem of your fellow humans, but you will not know joy or happiness, because you will not have this link with heaven. If you work for a divine idea, on the other hand, you will not even need the recognition or gratitude of other people, for you will always have a sense of fulfilment. It is important to understand this. Place a divine idea in your head, work for a divine idea, and you will see what that idea does for you—it will even prolong your life. Yes, nothing is more stimulating, more elevating than a divine idea. Believe me! I am speaking of something I have verified for myself.*
