Destiny of humanity - it does not depend on political leaders but on higher entities

Political leaders too often imagine that they hold the destiny of their country in their hands. They can cling to this illusion for a time, perhaps, but not for long. A bad end always awaits all those who believe that they can control the fate of the people they govern at whim. However powerful human beings may be, it is not they who govern the destiny of humanity; it is higher entities who observe and intervene. Yes, there are other intelligences, other forces working towards a goal that often eludes us. This explains why even very powerful secret societies who believed they could rule the world never succeeded and, for the most part, were wiped out. Whereas the ideal of those who put themselves at the service of the Lord and wished to carry out His plans has never disappeared, even if they were often trampled underfoot and massacred.
