Attraction and repulsion, Instinctual - controlled by divine love

You are all naturally inclined to move closer to certain people, certain things or certain matters and away from others. It is to do with your disposition, your temperament. That is the way you are, and it is no use asking you to change your temperament – you will not be able to do so. But what you can do is make the effort to ascend to the regions of soul and spirit, to allow yourself to absorb the fragrance, the currents, of that realm, which are those of divine love. Once you are inhabited by this love that will never leave you, you can no longer be guided by your likes and dislikes. You have a different outlook on life, so that, whatever your feelings for a being, the light you have acquired in this way from a much higher realm also benefits them.
