Faith - opens a door to the powers above

Faith is said to work miracles. Why? Because to have faith is to open a door within oneself to spiritual forces. Whatever you undertake from your own capacities and willpower obeys a natural mechanism and is therefore subject to the law of cause and effect. As soon as you allow faith to intervene, however, you open the door to heavenly powers, which enter you, repairing, purifying and healing, even though you don’t quite deserve it. So we can say that faith commands grace. It opens a door through which grace is forced to enter, on condition that you have first invited it, of course. It is like the sick man who asked Jesus to heal him. By asking he attracted Jesus’ attention, and through his faith he allowed divine power to manifest in him. This is the meaning of the reply Jesus would give to those who asked for his help: ‘According to your faith let it be done to you’ or ‘Your faith has saved you’.
